"I wish we never moved here. Can’t even use our master bathroom and have it completely blocked off because of foundation compromises that have left cracks leading bugs into our apartment and management doesn’t care. They’ll dismiss you and say “no there’s nothing wrong” and essentially tell you to get over it. Valet trash leaves your trash in front of your door and creates more bug problems. Apartment also was filthy when we moved in"

"Maintenance does not fix problems until the very last minute. Too many cracks in the wall that lead to outside for bugs to come in. The valet trash they advertise is so bad, always ripping bags and then leaving them at your door saying they couldn’t take it cause of “leaks” (something they created) This is probably one of the worst complexes I lived at. Definitely spend the extra $100-$200 and move to the Anthem down the street."

"I absolutely LOVE my apartment! It is one of the nicest places I've ever lived, and I am really excited about all the development in Belterra Village nearby! (C'mon HEB!) The office staff has been nothing but totally professional, caring, and available for any of my questions &/or emails. I had an issue with my hot water, and they solved it immediately. Love this small, homey apartment complex!"

"This was the worst choice I’ve ever made in selecting an apartment. For starters the rates are higher than the normal apartment complex. There’s a huge sign on the front gate saying “don’t drink the water”. My wife’s divorce attorney had a field day with that. Claiming I lived in a delapidated complex where you can’t even drink the water. They put in clauses and stipulations to make you pay more money at the time your lease is up. They won’t call and tell you this until it’s about 7 days before you’re lease is up. Forcing you to pay an additional two months rent. Amd the rent is subject to there approval. Which means they will jack it up a couple of hundred dollars. The people that work at the office don’t have an ounce of concern about you. I had amazon packages that were supposed to come directly to me. Instead they stayed in the office up front. Not once did they drop a note, email or phone call to tell me that packages have arrived. I do not recommend anyone rent an apartment in this complex. Hopefully the new apartments that are being built will have better customer service considering the price we pay for the rent. If I could give no stars I would."

"I love living at Belterra Springs Apartments. One of my favorite amenities here is the valet trash pick up, sounds like a small thing, but I really like it. There is a dog park, covered parking, a garage if you want, and a very well kept clubhouse and movie theatre! The pool is always sparkling, always clean, and there are two huge grills if you want to bbq. I really like the fact the complex is small and there are bike and bike trails adjacent to the apartments. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful with any problem no matter how trivial it seems. The maintenance guys are friendly and attentive. They handle even the worst of problems with a smile! If you’re looking for a new home you should consider Belterra Springs, just west of weird at the gateway to the hill country."
