"Jessica was so great to work with! Seamless from tour to key in hand! However, walls are very thin I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s microwave beeping, opening and closing their drawers. The apartment rumbles/shakes as the garage below me opens and closes and finally you can hear every dog bark/howl from upstairs neighbor to the neighbor across the hall. Last but not least parking is a headache after 7:30 PM."
"Lived here for 4 years and overall had a great experience. New management came in recently and really made a difference with cultivating community events and making an effort to get to know the residents. I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance team as well. They have always been polite and super responsive. Like every apartment complex there are mishaps but overall I enjoyed living here and have witnessed a lot of improvements."
"My wife and I love living here. The community is gated and safe. We love having a gym and coffee bar right on site. The maintenance of the grass is kept up with the community feels new and the pools and grill area feels very luxurious. Highly recommend."
"This review is for Jessica Alberto specifically, she was our tour guide and did a phenomenal job showing us around. She was very personable which made this process easier. She very clearly listened to what we wanted and asked us our top 3 must haves. It was nice for her to give us options based on this and continue to cater to our needs. As a result we signed our lease same day and canceled our other tours!"
