"Horribly managed. Dirty grounds, nasty office drones. Only redeeming quality is the maintenance staff. The amount of money they’re asking for these old, noisy units is criminal. Much better places to live than this awful complex. Avoid!!"

"Beautiful and well maintained property! Tons of green space in the complex so great for playing fetch if you have an overactive dog like me! Crystal, Christine, and April in the office are AMAZING and helpful and nobody beats the maintenance team and my dog’s personal favorite Kirby!!!! Always quick and responsive and ultimately why I signed my lease for another year here!"
"Nice property with a good dog park and access to some trails. Staff was great(April), and maintenance staff is great(Kirby). However it is owned by a large corporate group and they management will treat you as paperwork over a human. Apartment flooded due to busted pipes upstairs(December 23). They ripped my apartment up (January 5) and left it torn up for 5 weeks before they decided they wouldn't give me any compensation and no timeliness for repairs to finish. They were happy to break my lease because they were waiting for me to move so they could upgrade the unit to "premium" and charge more for it. Pretty classless management."
