Cortland River Place

"We are in our third year here at Cortland River Place and can honestly say it is by far the best apartment community we have ever lived in. From the beautiful and convenient location in Four Points to the wonderful and caring office staff, Denise, Donna, Tyler and Carmen, and the responsive and friendly maintenance crew (with a special shoutout to our friend Paul), our experience here has been exceptional. Community events are well thought out and fun, weekly food trucks bring new and exciting cuisines to the community and the amenities are amazing. Also, unlike other communities we have lived in, upkeep, repairs and proactive big ticket building items like new roofs and painting are done on a proactive basis. Last, but certainly not least in this time of economic uncertainty, the willingness of management and Cortland corporate to offer an opportunity to discuss rental rates is much appreciated. Can't honestly say that we've ever lived in any other community where our rent actually went down! All in all, we are extremely pleased with our experience here at Cortland River Place! Special thanks to Denise, Donna, Tyler and Carmen for making us feel like family."

"I've lived here since September of 2023, and so far, it's been absolutely amazing. It's my first apartment in Austin since I moved from San Antonio for my new job, and I plan on staying for a few years. The staff are professional, polite, and truly care about the welfare of the residents. My water heater went out right before the cold front, and it was taken care of in less than four hours. The transition and living in Austin were made smooth thanks to the staff who were understanding of my situation."
