Bridge at Steiner Ranch

"This review is way overdue! I've been renting since 2010, and I've literally only renewed one lease- here! I was a little worried with renting from a big company, since I've had some bad experiences in the past with apartment management companies and tend to prefer private owners, but that is NOT the case here. The staff is freaking awesome- Sharla, Griselda, Avery in the leasing office are so sweet, helpful, and treat residents like community members/ human beings not just a unit number. Seriously- I've been inspired to bake them treats as a thank you for keeping this place clean, beautiful, peaceful, and always going above and beyond for residents. They rock and you really feel taken care of. The maintenance staff is awesome, too. Any issues are fixed promptly and professionally. My heater went out during the freezing temps at 11 at night- my apartment got all smokey, and I had to call the Fire Dept just in case. Johann from the maintenance team came and fixed it in like 20 minutes. I didn't have to go a single night without heat. What!!!! Not only that, but the facilities, property, and apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, well kept, and immaculate. Common areas are kept clean. When it came time to renew, I was looking at places closer to downtown, but nothing came close to my place here, and it's only a 20 minute drive to the action. I also love having access to so many hiking trails nearby. Renewed and so happy I did. Highly recommend Bridge at Steiner Ranch- couldn't be happier."

She was knowledgeable, informative, and very transparent. The property is beautiful and is surrounded by amazing views. This was absolutely one of my favorite properties that I have visited in the area."

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Katrina who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the community. She showed us all of the amenities, answered the millions of questions we had, and really added to the appeal in our search to call a new place home. I told her about my dog at the very beginning of our tour and she remembered his name and referred to him throughout the tour, which made me feel like she truly cared about our experience. Katrina is amazing at what she does and I hope anyone looking at the Bridge at Steiner Ranch gets to tour with her. 5 star experience all around!"

"Best apartments in the area hands down. Katrina is so sweet so helpful and so down to earth. The whole office team is amazing. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Everything is always clean. Seriously I know how it can be, this management team rocks, it's a very solid apartment choice. Quiet, safe, outstanding community, lots of nice family's. If you're looking for an adult/family atmosphere to come home to and relax this is it. It's been an absolute pleasure calling this place home."
