"Roaches from when before you moved in, buildings with feces in the walkways, and a negligent manager who has no issue with lying to tenants and breaking promises. The last straw: losing and then lying about our submitted move in documentation, presenting BLANK PAGES AND ESIGNATURES instead of the fully detailed handwritten document we actually submitted. Thank God a regional manager stepped in to finally help us break our lease early without penalty and escape this place because of the total negligence they admittedly recognized. In the end, we were retaliated by the office management by having our move in inspection list "lost" and then charged us over 800 dollars for damages to the apartment that were already there and had reported and for cleaning fees despite us having deep cleaned and videod ourselves doing. By the way, they also immediately sent it to collections on the first day the bill posted. Funny coincidence that one. If you do move here, I highly warn you all: DO NOT TRUST THEIR OFFICE OR THE MANAGER, GABBY. Copy and record everything. Don't let their smiles, fake reviews and broken promises fool you like they did us. Even had maintenance employees admit to me about her deceptive nature. Here, you can enjoy loud apartments that have more tenants in them them then legal limits, roaches that infest your appliances, and also dog poop on your walkways. At one point we found LIVE GUN ammunition next to a CHILDRENS PARK and when we reported it they never even replied back or responded whatsoever. Even your children are at risk here. My better advice is to AVOID this place at all cost. Single handedly, by far the worst rental experience we've ever had in 15 years of renting, a total nightmare. We will be reporting their abuses to the housing authority as well. Good luck out there folks. Seen lots of people moving out of here lately. P.S. Photo evidence is below. Case in point: Esdra works in the lobby as a leasing agent and has TWO reviews she's posted, lol."

"Great team! Since I first came to tour the property, the office team has been nothing but nice and patient with me. I like how they are always transparent and clarify everything. For me, it is important to have good relationships wherever you go, so I feel confident that my stay here will be a great experience. I also got to know the maintenance team. They do a first move-in inspection and teach the new tenants how to handle the little things and how to better communicate with them. This has shocked me because is the first time I've seen it. Highly recommend it, I call it my lil country place because it reminds me of the place where I grew up but with better internet service."

"I moved here 6 months ago and I wanted to wait a little longer to place my review. This place is awesome. So far I’ve only had good experiences. Since I first moved in my apartment was just as I expected. The maintenance team is great and responsive. The ladies at the office are always kind and helpful. My neighbors are also really nice. They also do a lot of resident events that I’ve been enjoying pretty much. My husband and I like to walk around the property which is pretty peaceful and has kind of a country vibe. I will definitely be renewing my lease pretty soon."

"We have lived at Alister a little over 6 months now and can positively say, we love it here. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, the maintenance team is amazing, and all around it's a great envioronment! Plus, the renovations are beautiful and the apartment is very spacious!"
