"This review is for Jimi with the maintenance crew. I’m grateful for all that he does for this complex he always goes above and beyond! He came to fix one of my lights and noticed a few other things and fixed them as well. And no matter what all I have to do is pick up the phone and jimi is one work order away ! Awesome dude !!!!!"

"These apartments are not safe and lack any sort of security. My car was broken into along with several other residents who’ve been victims of break ins since the past three years. The gates don’t work, and neither have they done anything to fix them despite the ongoing thefts, even the garages aren't spared. They also haven’t cleaned this place in ages. The stairwells and hallways are so dirty. Food and trash spilled everywhere because of no routine cleaning and not an efficient garbage disposal. There are dangerous spiders and bugs everywhere. It’s so embarrassing to invite guests over and have them see the unhygienic community. The worst part is that residents have been complaining for years, but the management just doesn't care enough to do anything about the security or cleanliness of the place. They just want to keep increasing the rent, and it is not worth it at all."
"I recently had the pleasure of going on an apartment tour with Yamilex From the moment I walked in, their knowledge and enthusiasm for the property were apparent. She guided me through every room, providing detailed explanations and answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Not only was the tour informative, but Yamilex also went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. She highlighted the unique features of the apartment and shared valuable insights about the neighborhood. It was evident that she truly cared about finding the perfect fit for me! Thank you!"
"We just moved out of these apartments because we bought a house but we were super sad to leave! Jenna, the property manager, is the sweetest person ever, and the maintenance staff is always quick and efficient. The community is kept clean, communication is great, and you can just tell that they all really care about the place. We will miss living here for sure!"
