"Beautiful, quiet neighborhood in the hills for a great price. Everyone is super friendly! Responsible dog owners which is super rare in Austin so I feel super comfortable having my small dog here. Amazing leasing agent Randie helped me find an awesome apartment with a sick view. Management has been amazing, specifically Lindy and Myriah! So responsive and happy to help. Maintenance has also been very responsive. Overall awesome place to live!"

"Update 11/22/23. I just want to make known the hell I have lived through the last 6 months with the upstairs neighbor and constant and unbearable noise at any time of the day and night until 1 am without having the option to sleep until they become aware and stop making noise, in which I am forced to move (with the costs and effort that this implies) and Windsor believes that letting me leave this hell is sufficient compensation and in which in 6 months they were not able to solve nothing and that my only option was to pay for living a nightmare. This is a summary of my 2 years in Windsor Oak Hill, the first year was fantastic, and I could not have any kind of complaint, almost the end of my lease was when things started to go not so well, always making it clear that this review is from my personal experience. First, the disproportionate increase in rent from one year to the next ($400) when living here is obviously overrated, the facilities have left a lot to be desired, especially due to the lack of cleaning in the common areas, not for one or two months, I can ensure that there have been several more, the dog park that I think the last time someone cleaned any of the tables or chairs to sit on was when these apartments were opened, not to mention that in the last year I have only been able to use the dog wash once because it's always damaged (and they're still waiting for the replacement part) I don't know if it's already working, but for the time I have left here, well, I don't even bother complaining about it again. Another thing that has increased and what you can expect living here is to have your packages stolen from the mailroom or your car windows broken, to which the answer to this, is that it happens all over the area, and honestly to me I care very little where it happens, if in the end nothing is being done to remedy it, the bandalos have a whole business set up with this, what is needed are solutions, not to let it continue to happen, because we are paying so much money to live here, if there is no security Why do we pay a lifestyle fee but if we want to use some places we have to pay extra, because they don't use that money to solve the serious problem that is being experienced with security lately (obviously I know that it is not the only place that happens , but I complain because I live here). That I need to change a filter in the fridge and they kindly tell me that I should buy it, that they are no longer in charge of that, that I am still waiting for you to solve a problem with my bathroom and what they answer me is that in the work order I do not give permission to enter (but for that I also write to call me before). While my mother was visiting here, we had to put up with an unbearable smell of Marijuana several times in the bathroom that I couldn't explain why it smelled like that... And I could go on, but I also have to say the good stuff... I love the location of The apartments and my apartment is spacious, but the maintenance they do is almost non-existent to consider it luxury and it is a pity that it is not taken care of more.If today someone asks me if I would recommend to live here, I would say No! But at least the staff is interested in listening to suggestions for improvement, something that is of great value! Update May 2023: I had to move to a new apartment, but because I couldn't do it at the last minute I had to go to rent here again, I must say that Lindy helped me a lot at this time and we solved that problem in minutes, I am happy in my new apartment and hoping that things that should have improved in this community will continue to improve."

"I have lived here for almost 6 months now, and it is by far my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The interior is soooo beautiful - my unit has marble floors in the bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout the unit that totally sold me on this place. Not to mention the tons of storage space and spacious backyard that gets mowed frequently. All of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours (which is so impressive, at my last apartment complex, sometimes it would take a month), and the maintenance crew is so friendly. You need your fob to enter the building, and that extra security measure makes me feel really safe living here. The pool is beautiful, 2 dog parks, a great gym and the exterior is very clean and well kept which I appreciate. The leasing staff and all of the residents here are extremely friendly and warm as well. I would definitely recommend Windsor Oak Hill to anyone considering calling this place their home!"

"Move in process was quick and easy! Sarah helped with any and all questions I had and gave a great tour of the apartment and amenities. Love the dog park and the residents I have met have all been very kind. Update: I moved here in December of 2020. What started out as a great place to live has become a disappointment. If you're thinking of moving here, be prepared to have your car broken into, packages stolen, and God forbid if the weather gets cold because you'll be dealing with a flooded apartment almost guaranteed. Repairs will take months to complete and unless you have another place to stay, you'll be living in an apartment with missing walls and ceilings. I've lived through three winters here and two of those three have resulted in water damage to the apartments I was renting (I've lived in two different apartments here). I have had four centrifugal air movers and two massive dehumidifiers in my apartment since the beginning of this year in order to help dry out the apartment and prevent mold after the cold weather caused water damage over the Christmas holidays. These machines are extremely loud, and I was told to keep them on at all times. This not only made the apartment unlivable, it also jacked up my electricity bill. Now, over a month later, they are still in my apartment and no one has come to pick them up. On January 10th, a crew took massive chunks out of the ceiling and walls, took out all the baseboards and as of writing this (Feb. 6th) they still have not been replaced. Communication from management has been minimal to say the least and when I asked about how long it will be before repairs will be completed in my apartment, I was not given an answer. However, they did tell to let them know how long repairs took to be completed and then they would credit my account. This to me is just another indication that they have no idea when repairs are expected to be finished which is concerning in and of itself. As rent prices increase each year, quality decreases and measures are not taken to prevent more damage should the weather get cold again, which amazingly, it does every year. Until issues like this are addressed, I'd seriously consider looking elsewhere to live. P.S. If you do happen to sign a lease here, don't move into building 7. This building seems to be subject to the most damage during cold weather conditions."
