Bell Quarry Hill Apartments

"Nice apartments complex. Quite and surrounded by houses. Maintenance request were very fast, and Kami is an amazing property manager. This place and Bell don't nickle and dime unlike many others in Austin."

"Overall experience was pleasant for the year we lived there. We sadly ended up having to end our time here because we lived in a unit facing 290. The construction was absolutely unbearable. They are using large machinery at all hours of the day. We would wake up sometimes at 4-5 AM and they had already started. Sometimes between 10 PM and midnight as well. We looked into it and because it is a TexDOT project they are legally allowed to work whenever they want. The project is huge and will not be completed for at least another year or two. We understand this is not a Bell Quarry issue. The complex is small and very pleasant. Great location as well. Units not facing 290 may not be disturbed as much so I would still suggest checking it out. My wife works from home so this was just a huge factor for us. Also, James who works in maintenance is top notch and on top of any and all needs. We didn’t have many issues but the ones we did got resolved very quickly."

"Get a tour of the place before you decide to move in. Apartments facing 290 has to deal with constant noise disturbance from construction and vehicle traffic. As with any apartment, windows have very minimal noise insulation in the living rooms and bedrooms which causes disturbance at night while sleeping. Leasing office folks are good with taking care of any concerns and maintenance on site is very good."

"Ive lived at quarry hill for a year now. Out of all the apartments I've lived at this is hands down my favorite. The front office staff are so friendly and always know whats going on. Kami is on top of any questions or issues you may have and is always there to help. The complex is a small quite place thats feels tucked away from the craziness that is Downtown while still being 15 minutes from it. The apartments themselves are very nice and clearly well insulated as I almost never hear my neighbors. The kitchens have stainless appliances, granite counter tops,built in wine racks, and the biggest thing is GAS STOVES! It makes cooking so much easier. These apartments also have the biggest patios ive ever seen by a long shot. This place has absolutely set my standard for comfortable living."
