"I moved in November 2023 and I absolutely LOVE this place. The gym is huge and awesome, with lots of nice equipment and actual weights (rather than the typical apartment gym that is tiny, with a few treadmills, maybe a hoist machine and dumbbells that only go to 50lbs). They have a nice little off leash dog park in the gated community area, and the pool area looks like a lot of fun—with nice big grills, I can’t wait til it warms up! I love the unique layout of my apartment—I have an attached garage (included in the rent), and there are so many fun places and restaurants right in the surrounding area (walking distance too!). Maintenance staff is super helpful, responsive and have always been friendly—anyone who rents is fully aware of how important that is. The other highly important factor is management—and management at the M is absolutely amazing. They throw lots of fun events, communicate with the residents on all sorts of topics (like “Pet of the Month” winner), and it’s always a great experience when I stop in the office and see Stacy or Michelle stepping out to say hello. I highly recommend The M at Lakeline to anyone that wants great quality at an affordable price, located in a fun area, with awesome management and staff. This is legitimately the first time I’ve felt like I’m “at home” since 2014 when I came home from Afghanistan because my mom passed away from cancer, then I got divorced and had to sell my house… I’ve lived in lots of different states and apartments, and none of those places felt right—I can’t really explain it, but everything about this place is so awesome, I love it."

"For this complex to be almost over 10 years old it still looks great! The office staff are very friendly and helpful and they always answer the phone. Quick maintenance response time to work orders. I love my attached garage and my driveway it makes me feel safe and I love not having to worry about parking."

"I've lived here since 2021 and when I initially moved in the management didn't care once you signed on the dotted line. However, the change in management has been a massive improvement. They are super responsive and clearly interested in residence being happy with their place of residence. Some highlights: I reside in the 4 bedroom and it has a great layout Friendly and prompt maintenance staff No issues with hearing neighbors Fiber Internet Quiet Neighborhood They recently added a dog park area and washing station Cap Metro is right across the street which is especially handy during SXSW."
