Going into car shops can always feel daunting because you just never know if the mechanics are going to be honest and we as consumers take them at their word. This shop was time efficient and they were honest with me about the condition of my vehicle. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need which I appreciate dearly. I will definitely be back when it's time for me to get maintenance work done for my car. Highly recommend!"

"I would definitely recommend Firestone to someone. The customer service is always top notch-whether I am calling or in person in the store. The most recent visit was a weird one-and I think it's also just me learning about cars and to ask and never assume things. I didn't stop and think that when I bought a new tire after having a flat tire, that it wouldn't be put on my car where the spare tire was. As someone with anxiety about wanting to keep others happy and not make a fuss, I was SO appreciative when, after paying for the tire and being asked if I wanted help taking it out to my car and my slightly freaking out (because how was I going to get this tire on my car?!), they fit me in and put the tire on my car. I've been to other places who would not have done that."

"Went in and got new tires. They didn't tighten my lug nuts. I found this out when my vehicle started shaking and making a lot of noise on the highway. I pulled over found the problem tightened them and took it immediately back to Firestone .Not only did they not tighten them but cross threaded one lug nut to the point I had to wait for about half an hour for them to replace the stud. Buyer beware."

"Woke up to a dead battery so I put the charger on the battery then I called Firestone. I explained to them what had happened and I ask them if I got my vehicle to start was there any way I could bring it to their shop. I wasn’t sure if I needed a battery but was afraid to shut it off if i got it started because it might not start again. They told me no problem and they would squeeze me in. I got my vehicle to start and drove to the Firestone store and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They checked my battery and installed a new one. They had a sale plus they applied another coupon which saved me approximately $50 plus dollars. Being a recent widow and 73 years old I can’t tell you how much their professional service and discount has helped me. Thank you so much Firestone."
