"Over a month ago, my car died while I was at a stop sign. I called Walt's to see if I could have it towed there and he said he would look at it. It sat on his lot for a month. Last Friday I went to the shop to get my keys so I could tow it to a different repair shop. When I went inside, Walt told me it was possibly a "glitch" due to the cold. He moved my car forward and back 20 feet with no issues. No one ever called to tell me that. No one ever updated me on anything unless I called. Then I was told they hadn't had time to look at it. I took my car to another repair shop and two work days later have an answer. The throttle body needs replaced. A month is a long time to go without a vehicle or an answer as to what's wrong. I have been a customer for a few years for routine oil changes and tire rotations. I've referred people to Walt's. I won't be going back. Very disappointed."
"Crook, put on defective parts & wouldn't make it right. Rewired the heater blower in my truck & it stoped working a couple days later. Charged way to much for the Mickey Mouse work he did! Took it to Danes Automotive & they fixed it right for a fraction of what Walt charged."
