A young man named Matthew ( as I recall), wearing a shirt with the name tag “Gaige”, showed professionalism, courtesy, and patience when assisting with the installation of my battery. I’m very grateful to him and Advanced Auto Parts for their service."

"Went in to buy a battery and have it installed. Called prior and spoke to Mike to confirm they install. Went to store and spoke with Mike who was the utmost professional and nice...it was his female manager that was horrible! She was in constant complain mode so anyone in the store could hear her. She complained that " would be a 1 hour battery install" and just kept going off. I finally just approached and stated I didn't want to create issues and would just go buy a battery somewhere else...and I did. directly across the street...for $20 less. Mike kept stating he would get tools and do it. The female manager said and did nothing. Pretty sure a district manager was in the store when all this went down. Thank you Mike for your wonderful professionalism. To the female manager, I've gone to your store for years because it's close to my home. But you lost me as a customer with your negative attitude. I will drive past your store on my way to the two other stores I can get car parts at. Please do the store customers a favor and get another job."
