KFC

"NEVER AGAIN ! I ordered two, eight-piece buckets of chicken, no sides, from this location and charged $49.20 total. The order couldn't be filled as advertised so smaller pieces were substituted, the chicken pieces were small in general and lacked the quality that KFC was founded on. The order didn't include a single biscuit. I was appaulled at what KFC has become - greed/poor quality - and the fact that I didn't hand the order back to the attendant and refuse the order. I contacted corportate, receiving a return email asking for location and personal information November 20th. Nothing. Another contact on December 7th initiated a phone call the next day from the local manager or franchise owner. I missed the call, but returned a voice mail the same day. It's the 11th and I haven't heard a thing. I guess the minimal amount of effort to restore any sense of customer satisfaction by the company representatives has been met on their end. I will never, never, never support such a lazy, greedy, uncaring company again. Such a shame that one of our great businesses has been allowed to deteriorate so badly. The Colonel must be rolling over in his grave !"

"I did a pick up from DoorDash it was my first time. I didn’t see the name on the order so I was waiting for the employee to help. I didn’t see her name tag but she was just standing there bad talking someone didn’t stop to help even though I was standing there for a few minutes. Eventually I gotten it figured out and was figuring out the DoorDash app and was still standing there. She comes up and rudely says can I help you with something I just stated I figured it out since you didn’t seem to help. I was walking out of the store with order in hand she loudly was talking about how I was just standing there for minutes just staring at my order like an idiot. This was about 12:55 to 1 pm. She was in her late 40’s shorter stockier brown curly hair."

"Ordered a chicken strip meal in the drive through. They asked what dipping sauce I wanted. Got home to find I didn't get dipping sauce, a spork to eat my side, or any honey and butter for my roll. Pathetic imitation of KFC. Never drive away from the window here without checking your bag for EVERYTHING."

"The fried chicken has been sitting in the warmer for awhile the last 2x we've went.We go around 5pm because it's supper time and there should be FRESH!!"

"Soggy undercooked breading on the chicken, lobby is filthy, was gonna dine in but no clean tables, got home after waiting for 20 minutes to get my order to find that one container of my mashed taters was completely busted open. The bag was carried gently by myself so I know it did not happen after leaving the store. Customer is very poor. This is the last chance they're getting from me. I will drive to Keokuk KFC to get great customer service and great food."
