"My son loves cheese balls from here. One of the only places he will eat them from. Staff is always so friendly to us when we come to get them."
"We were passing thru Fort Madison last night and it was after 9:00 pm, so not everywhere we found in google was open. We went to Cabaret based on a recommendation from a local and they did not disappoint. The bartender was welcoming and got in my order for the hot balls right away. We sat at the bar and the guy making our food was super friendly and answered all of our questions too. I also got an order of chicken wings and they were perfectly crispy and juicy. The prices and portions are great too, I ended up having to take a to-go box. I only wish I lived closer to go here more often. I will definitely be back when i’m in the area again. Thank you to everyone working as several different staff asked us how our food was and checked on us, even though we sat at the bar. This type of service is hard to find these days!"
"Charming neighborhood bar.Stephanie and Carmine are excellent purveyors of good food and drink. The pork tenderloin was as big as your head! Special orders didn't upset them."
"Great food and great service. I had the Tenderloin Sandwich and it was massive. I also ordered the Hot Cheese Balls and those were delicious! Just beware that they only accept cash or check, we didn't find that out until we were done eating.."
