"Service was slow. They got my order wrong because several cars left that were in front of me cuz they were tired of waiting on their food. And they charged me too much and then had to try to make adjustments because of the orders being out of order."
"I eat here all the time and hate giving this establishment a bad review, but I had a bad experience, and it must be made public as a local travel guide. I had a young man wearing a painted jean jacket deliberately ghost me tonight and it was horrid. Embarrassing. I will not go back in here. I went into the dining area because the drive-through was pretty packed, and the jean jacket guy was filling drive-through orders at the food station. He kept looking back at me and even walked past me a few times to fill ice drinks, but he never offered to help. He simply kept his back on me the whole time, watching me in the corner of his eye. A young man walked in with his son, and I told him I was being ignored, so I left. As I walked out, I saw the jean jacket man was already taking the young man's order, as if he spun around after I walked away. I had stood there for almost ten minutes and was ignored the whole time. I made some phone calls to people his age and I was told there is a deliberate ghosting campaign going on with that age group and they simply ignore older people, cater to people their age. If this is true, employers should immediately terminate employees who do this."
"Worse food ever. Sandwiches were cold, fries sat on tray forever. No ice in pop machine. Then went to refill drink and was told it was not working. Place was filthy. Had to wipe own table off. Trash on floor. Told a worker about food and all he said was. "What". One person trying to take orders and get food. Would not recommend eating here. Was definitely not worth 35.00"
"I did a mobile order and when I gotten to the window my food wasn’t ready. When I received my food my both of my sandwiches was cold. The lettuce on both of my sandwiches was brown and old. One sandwich didn’t not receive the bacon I paid for. The other sandwich had pickles on it when I didn’t ask for them and they forgot to add ketchup. They fries was very salty I couldn’t enjoy them."
