"I am not the type of person to leave a review however this one was a must. I spent 22.80 tonight at taco bell for me and my kids. We were the only customers there so I thought it would be an in and out experience. Nope. We waited 10 minutes (in the drive through) for cold food. Not only that 1/3 of my order was incorrect. My kids didn't eat their food because of how cold and disgusting it was. I ended up having to cook anyways. Waste of my time and money. Very disappointed."

"I go to this taco bell about once every 3 to 4 weeks. I have always been able to get soft shell tacos on the Cravings pack. The last two times I've been told no substitute. What happened to service the customer? I'm thinking about not going to this store again. I spend $40to $50 a time."

"Gave me the wrong meat on one item and didn't give me a soft shell j was the only person in drive through. Everytime I go they have it messed up. I don't understand how they make money. Hardshell I didn't ask for was also heavily broken and leaking all over box."
