"No Pralines and cream ice cream, no cones, no eating spoons just taster size. Service was poor."
"Several of the ice cream tubs had melted and refrozen. Baseball nut was awful. It had a large white ice chunk. I got Chocolate Royals and tasted it and it had coconut in it. I went back in to tell them it was the wrong ice cream and they said it was Chocolate Royale. I said that kind doesn’t have coconut. The girl who scooped it said that’s it. I said do you have German Chocolate? Another girl said yes and then another more knowledgeable girl said yes and pulled the ice cream out and it was German Chocolate. I got another chocolate flavor, but not what I wanted. My husband’s baseball nut waffle cone was oval shaped and we thought that was strange. We left and the cone was stale and soft. They were out of spoons and offered us a fork or hot pink sample spoon . My chocolate ic was in a cup and needed a spoon. The girls were sweet and all this was probably the manger’s responsibility, but we won’t be back. Looks like all reviews are negative."
"Drove into town, pulled up into their drive-thru and waited 30 minutes for them to open per the sign on their drive-thru menu. The workers showed up five minutes late and told us they were closed even though the sign said they would be back open at 9 am."
"This place has lost our business multiple times to the point where I am done trying to come to this location. On multiple occasions the doors were locked and you could only order through drive-thru. I am not setup to be able to use a drive-thru in my vehicle and besides, who wants to try and choose from 31 flavors from the drive-thru. I will not be coming back here again."
"I have come twice in the last two weeks, my first time ever trying to come here to get ice cream and they do not have chocolate ice cream. They do not have a sign anywhere stating this, and I am stuck behind three vehicles waiting to leave the drive-through, for the second time… No chocolate ice cream really. And the staff is quite rude about it also."
