"GREAT EXPERIENCE! It’s kinda known everyone that if you go to a pancheros, you are not going to have a pleasant experience with staff. They are always grumpy and short with you. They always make the fact that they hate their job your problem, this was not the case at this place. This is genuinely the only pancheros I have been to where the staff were happy and nice. It was also the first time I went to the Burlington one. This was a wonderful experience for me an my friend and we talked about it on the way home. 10/10. We were there 8/26/23 around 7pm if the managers wanna know who the stellar staff was."
"First experience at this restaurant. Overall, it was good. There was no wait when we arrived and were immediately able to place our order. For those not familiar with this restaurant, it is essentially like a "Subway" for burritos, bowls, and quesadillas. You can choose what toppings you want on it as you move through the line. The chicken quesadilla was good, but I felt they were a little skimpy on the cheese and chicken. I have ordered quesadillas at other restaurants for less money and they had at least twice the amount of cheese and chicken inside. Inside, the restaurant was pretty clean. The bathrooms could use some scrubbing, however."
"Hadn't been here in a couple years but this visit was not good. They were out of the bottled sauce to put on your burritos! Also neither of the employees appeared to want to be working. Not friendly, no hint of a smile. The burrito was okay, but without sauce it was not what it should be."
"The place was disgusting. In much need of cleaning. The counters were so bad I didn't want to eat there. The staff were friendly enough. But you absolutely do not get your money's worth. I ordered a bowl which are almost 9 bucks and the bowl was barely a third full when I received it. Won't go again. Another chain similar to this restaurant, Ch*****, is so much better and you definitely get your money's worth."
"I love the fresh pressed tortillas for the burrito and soft shell tacos! We got immediate service when we walked in. They have nice sized "small" soda drinks."
