"we were there yesterday morning at 0950. ordered 2 egg cheese Mcmuffin, 2 sausage burritos, 1 hash brown. at pick up window she said pull ahead for hot cocoa not ready. I said didn't order that. she asked what was ordered and I told her. then I gave her the receipt so she said pull ahead. we waited 20 minutes and nobody came. I alerted somebody else and eventually order came Then no sausage in sausage burrito."

"I went to get happy meals because of the Pokémon promotion and I asked to make sure they had the toys in and a nice gentleman said yes they did and would get them into the meals for us but then they forgot one item and I nicely asked for it to be corrected and a very rude black lady intentionally put all of the wrong toys into our meals and it was a big letdown for my kids. They always forget something each visit I make and I usually do not have large orders. This location is always full of rude teenagers and has a long wait time."
