"Ordered online to save time but once I got to the drive thru I had to wait almost 15 mins to get my order. The food was good as always and the online exclusive offer was quite affordable. They got the order right though so the overall experience was a positive one."

"I ordered two crunch wrap supreme. They didn't look anything like the picture. No warm nacho cheese sauce or sour cream in either one. . One had meat, one did not. They were supposed to be crunchy, they were soggy and stone cold. I asked for 5 hot sauces, I got 0. The only thing that was right was the beans. I can understand why Taco Bell is going out of business across the U. S. Your management Sucks and your employees Suck. A year ago, this was a descent place to eat. Now, IT SUCKS! LIKE MANY EATERIES IN BURLINGTON, TACO BELL HAS GONE DOWN THE TUBES."

"I ordered 24 soft taco supremes for 55.00 and they were not right they. Very little meat that was scrapped out of the bottom of the pan and very little veggies. This is the worst t taco bell I have ever had."

"May 13th 2022, I went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell in Burlington Iowa around midnight (I told myself I should go to the McDonald's across the street due to the meat portions to a burger is precut, preweighed, where as a taco prepairer scoops the amount they see fit, too little lazy and don't care about quality, ripping off the customer)....but instead I gambled on Taco Bell once again after being done like this several times (that's why there's many months between Taco Bell visits)...I paid $4.59 for this Taco and $4.59 for a Chicken Chalupa Supreme Taco built the same way with sparce chucks of chicken on it...I should have taken a picture of that overpriced nearly meatless folds of flour with slight veggies. I'm glad that I don't gamble too often. I spent over $10.00 for mainly flour and cornmeal."
