"What a great experience! We were met at the door by Michael and his positive attitude just set the tone for our visit. He was polite and very personable. Being greeted with a smile goes a long way. Our server, Sydney, was wonderful as well. She had a genuine smile that was a continuation of Michael’s attitude. The food was very fast and came out perfectly. A great stop overall. Can’t recommend them any more than I am."
"Never in my life have I seen a full restaurant with one table eating. It was like the kitchen staff all left during breakfast shift. Village Inn shouldn't take 90 minutes. Our waitress was great. No way it was her fault, but somebody messed yp."
"Food was excellent, staff was friendly, but the kitchen is too small for the seating capacity. Busy morning, got sat quickly, waited 56 minutes from the time we ordered til we got the food. 2 adult meals, three kids meals. No apologies on wait time, seemed like the norm."
"Stoped in for lunch on a road trip. Was expecting to be in and out fairly quick. That was definitely wrong. After being seated quickly and getting our order taken it took over an hour to get our lunch. When the lunch came it was cold. Not an issue with the wait staff. Looks like this place has some serious issues in the kitchen. The next time I’m through Quincy will not be back."
