"LUCINDA, STORE MANAGER: DISC COURTEOUS, CONDESCENDING, CONTEMPTUOUS BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS Took my car in to have a diagnostic done on the AC. As it turns out, there was a blown fuse and the cooling fan motor was not functioning. They proceeded to completely vacuum out the R134A refrigerant and refill it. They gave the vehicle back to me in the exact same condition I brought it in. With full refrigerant, and a non-functioning fan. It was a way of making a quick $250 by literally doing nothing to diagnose the actual problem with the vehicle. Lucinda, the store manager was beyond rude. She treated me with nothing but vitriol contempt in the most condescending way. I'm at a point in my life where I do not abide rudeness when I am giving a company my business. I proceeded to protest outside the store for a period of approximately one month. I would not recommend the Goodyear service center in Keokuk, Iowa. They are rude, overpriced, and will do unnecessary work on your vehicle in order to make a profit. Needless to say, I did get the fan motor and fuse replaced and the air conditioner is now running fine with no issues. Had they simply done some basic diagnostic work instead of evacuating the refrigerant and refilling it just to make a quick buck, they could have found the actual problem and repaired it. Shame on you Lucinda, you are a rude condescending nasty person and you have no business being in a managerial position. Shame on the district manager, for hiring people not qualified for the positions that they feel. And shame on Goodyear in general for lack of oversight of their service centers."

"Called to have my brake fluid flushed and filled, they knocked it out in under an hour and didn't try to upsell me on anything. In fact, they knocked $20 off. The ladies at the service counter were friendly and just a pleasure to deal with."

"Shout out to the employees of Keokuk's Goodyear. I had taken my van in for service and after they were finished a young man got into my vehicle and proceeded to just sit there. When I came to pick it up shortly after and they discovered that it wasn't anyone who should have been in the van, Chris and one of the other guys went out and got him out. Cinda then walked me out and checked to make sure that there wasn't anything left behind. They went above and beyond! I'm so grateful."
