"We moved to this area two years ago and left behind an honest and excellent mechanic. However, T&A Auto has already filled his shoes! We have taken three vehicles to T&A, two of which are aging badly. T&A has done the work they needed quickly, affordably, correctly, and above all, honestly. I originally went to different place in Keokuk, where they told me I needed new shocks and new tires. Then I took it to T&A for an oil change and a second opinion, and he actually showed me why neither of those repair were needed yet. (He even apologized on behalf of the other mechanics who tried to upsell me unnecessarily. ) You can bet when we do need the work done, we will continue to take our cars to T&A. He is efficient, hard working and honest."

"* Summary: highly recommend - quick, excellent service, great price. Woke up this morning in Keokuk, IA with a flat tire and hundreds of miles ahead of me. Was honestly in a bind and feeling desperate. Called Goodyear but they wouldn't see us on an emergency basis. Tracy got us in immediately, 8am, and repaired our tire while we ate breakfast. Reinstalled the tire, added air to the spare, and had us on the road within 25 minutes of showing up at the shop. Perhaps it was nothing to him, but it was a real blessing to my wife, my three girls, and me. 8+ hours and 500 miles later, I'm going to sleep East of Memphis and can attest that the repair was properly done.
