"I will never shop here again. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. As I no longer live in Iowa I was unable to come back in time to redeem my instore credit for a returned item that I paid for. They refused to honor my instore credit that expired barely 4 months ago so I hope that $42 and whatever cents is worth losing a customer for life. Isn't it illegal to take money without providing a good or service?"
