"Recently I needed some appliance and fixture repairs and was delighted with the efficiency and cheerfulness of our staff. Elizabeth processed work orders and followed up with me. Alex replaced an overhead kitchen light, a toilet flap and a stove burner. Using his phone translator, he took the time to explain details on the toilet fix. I appreciate the routine upkeep the staff perform such as trash pick-up, air filter replacements and checking the exterior hot water tank closets. This morning Terry, our Apartment Manager, explained how they could help me with a post office delivery. I appreciate the efficient service and cheerful helpfulness of the staff at Mason Senior Apartments. I highly recommend living here. I'm glad I do!"
