"I always go for the mocha cookie crumble and the last few times have been over there. It doesn't have any flavor whatsoever. There's more whipped cream than there is the actual mocha or the drink. And there's always chunks of ice. They used to be really good about their drinks but I don't know what happened that they seem to be falling off. That's why I never tipped before I get my drink"
