"I only went there a week.... See my problem is the pricing is is not consistent. I started out at 6 or 7 dollars for a LG. Latta by the time the week was over I was way over 10$ plus change .....it should be my choice if I want to give you a tip. And I don't slurge on my self much but I don't want to be taken for granted either.....we don't have to tip you !!!!"
"Purchased two drinks gave the cashier $20. And at the end of the transaction they shut the window didn't say anything. I'm a regular so I was a little confused they usually say bye. I waited & asked what my change was.. I just handed a 20 since that's a go to. He assumed I had tipped him when I never said anything. So instead of telling me how much I had left and giving me back my change the cashier kept it is a tip without telling me.... In all my years of service that is a major no no."
"Whenever I come into town to visit my parents I always get Scooters. My opinion, this is better than Starbucks. Their Blenders are so creamy and smooth and once you get to the bottom there is no ice to be sucking up and crunching its smooth till the end! They're always so friendly at this area and I love when they say 'Scoot on up'. It's my favorite part when buying coffee! Keep up the good work!"
"$15 for ONE DRINK! I bought 1 drink, a medium peanutbutter crunch for $7, and some change. I believe that was the total amount. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt, but tell me why I was charged to my card $14.93 for ONE drink. I did not buy anything else, nor did I select a tip on my card because I tipped them $2 with the cash I had on hand. So, in total, I spent almost $18 on ONE drink. I am very disappointed since i have visited multiple times, but I will definitely not be going there anymore."
