"I used to love coming in black pearl. But now the employees very clearly dont want you there drinks either have too much syrup or not enough. My anxiety is awful everytime i step into that store. The workers need to kinder to customers instead of using work as gossip hour"
"Wish I could give a higher review. I’ve always enjoyed BP. However, i ordered 2 hot drinks this AM and was denied a drink carrier even after asking. The barista stated it was their policy. It would be a shame if someone were to spill their hot drinks on their arm and seek legal action. Not only that, but I also bought 2 muffins so clearly struggled out the door. Please take into consideration that you have several people coming in before work who may have additional stuff in their cars that will also . I’m all about saving the environment, but what about saving the skin of your customers from burning off while they try to carry their purchases?"
"I got an iced caramel latte with almond milk and it wasn’t the best coffee I ever had. I also ordered a small which was $6! The service and atmosphere was great but the coffee had a bit of a cardboard taste."
"Cannot recommend Black Pearl enough for a morning coffee or afternoon energy drink pick me up! The staff is wonderful and are always willing to help my coworkers and me find a new or fun drink to try!"
