Vineyards Apartments

"Hello I am a current resident here at the vineyards apartments and all I can say is MOVE HERE!! Bridget the lovely woman who made it all possible is nothing more than kind, professional, helpful and EXTREMELY caring about the residents and the community here. As my roommate and I did have a rough start due to another person flaking out on us last minute, Bridget worked very closely with us to make sure we got what we needed and got the best unit for us and our needs. Once we figured out the unit and all the little details it was a green-light! She even gave us a little welcome gift!!! So thoughtful. I couldn’t imagine living in another complex as my girl Bridget made me fall in love with this one. so if you need a well organized and maintained community this is the place for you."

"The apartments are nice, with typical amenities, pool, gym, and also a small tennis court area. Gates open quickly entering and leaving and don't close in on you too fast. I'd have to say that the reason to not give five stars, is that there seems to be a lot of units occupied by more tenants than should be allowed. I had multiple neighbors in two bedroom sized units that had 8 plus people residing within. It doesn't matter to me how many people live in one space, especially with rents so high, but it's not fun to work all day and come home searching for a parking spot, and finding one that's not even near my unit. And it can be noisy at times with so many kids running around, but I come from a big family so I'm used to it, but would be nice for some calm on my weekends to rest."

"Bridget made everything so easy and smooth. She listen to what we were wanting and our budget and showed us our options. We found the perfect apartment for us and then the entire office helped walk us through the paperwork and all the requirements needed. This has been the easiest transition to date. Between the office and all the amazing amenities my family is so happy here."

"I am writing this review to warn other potential renters of the serious health and safety hazard posed by the toxic paint fumes emanating from the apartment complex. Me and my family have been experiencing irritation in our eyes, nose, and throat. Additionally, I have been experiencing headaches, dizziness, and fatigue, these symptoms are a result of the prolonged exposure to the toxic paint fumes. The management at this complex have been unresponsive and careless in addressing the situation. I urge any potential renters to stay away from this complex for the safety of their health and wellbeing. Edit: We reached out to the front desk practically begging for them to open the windows in the apartment below us that was painted. And they did nothing! All they told us was that they were done painting for the day but the fumes stayed for a whole week!! Sickening, careless, unprofessional, seriously doesn't care about your wellness. We had to leave to a hotel for a week! Not to mention there's been times when the workers unlocked our front door and came inside without knocking. Don't come here and don't be fooled by their fake sincere replies to my review."

"I put in two work order request on Thanksgiving. Then I followed up the next day with a call to the leasing office. I spoke with the Assistant Manager Nancy, and even though they only had one maintenance man working today she still sent him to take care of my work order request instead of waiting until next week. Nancy I really appreciate you for taking care of this. The maintenance man Oscar is always so nice, and he really loves his job. He's very quick, and he still make sure he does the job right. Nancy and Oscar both provided great customer service."
