"When I first got to these apartments I thought they looked beautiful and for a great price. We came for a visit and we were only able to see the model. The model was beautiful and I was very excited to move into these apartments. The lady told me we can’t see the one we’re going to be living in but it will look the same as the model just a little bigger. They then sent me pictures of the actual apartment that we were going to be moving into and we set our date and signed the lease and moved in August sight unseen. When we first entered into that apartment, it was pure disappointment. The pictures that were sent were not the apartments we moved into. It was a completely different apartment than what we thought we were moving into. The tile on the floors are all separated without grout, there was mold in the shower and dirt and mold all around the inside and out side of the toilet. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke and overall was not in good shape. I went right down to the leasing office to tell them everything that was wrong and they told me it’s okay that they sent the wrong pictures because the one we got is bigger than the pictures, the floor is a style and not something to worry about, the apartment was deep cleaned, and there were no smokers living there before us because it’s a smoke free environment so it must be your neighbors. After living there for a few days we noticed some more problems and very gross and disturbing things. Our dishwasher did not work, half of the burners on the stove didn’t work, a few outlets didn’t work and we had a lot of roaches and little bugs crawling all over the place. I checked my pantry and I saw these crumbs that looked like coffee crumbs. They were not! I then realized it was all bug feces! Those feces were all around my toilet, floor, and pantry! This apartment was definitely not deep cleaned! We went to the office to tell them about everything we discovered. They told us they’ll send a bug guy out to fix it and continued to reassure me the apartment was deep cleaned, everything checked and working and the carpet and pad was replaced. They continued to lie to us and did nothing to remedy the problems. We lived in this apartment for 5 months with these problems never fixed even though we were told to us multiple times they would fix it. We had a horrible bug infestation that I cannot emphasize enough. It was awful the amount of bugs we were seeing. We pay for a bug guy and yet there are still multiple bugs when it’s not even the season. We are very clean people and make sure everything is clean so we know those bugs are not from us. The apartment complex was overall no help and I Would not recommend this place at all! We ended up breaking our lease due to uninhabitable living conditions. Please be aware!"

"This place is the worst place I have ever live in. The first unit has roaches and noises from neighbor. You can hear very loud argument in the middle of night. Nothing would help, not even calling the police at around 2am. If you report to leasing office, the only thing they can do is telling you instead telling the one who make the noise, you are live in an apartment. Six months after, I transferred to another unit. The fleas showed up in the new carpet and bite everyone who visits my apartment. I have to move out on the move in day. And you still need to pay your rent even the apartment is threatened your health."

"My experience at that place was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it. Upon concluding our stay, they assured us they would call if there were any outstanding financial matters. However, two months after moving out, we started receiving calls from a debt collector, claiming we owed money to the place. To our surprise, we never received any prior notification, and they were demanding $500 for “water,” something entirely implausible. This lack of communication jeopardized our credit history, branding us as delinquent, despite always being up to date with payments. It’s a frustrating situation, and I strongly discourage this place due to its lack of transparency and the detrimental consequences for customers."

"Almost one year ago, Miss Ashley welcomed me warmly. When I entered and saw the beautiful surroundings, the swimming pool and the gym, I was stunned and immediately signed the contract and moved in. The property management here is great and they always respond quickly with repairs. Most importantly, they actively listen to residents’ suggestions and make the community better and better. This year, they replaced the lawn with a new one, laid cobblestones in the corners, and updated the original silly access control system. In short, progress can be seen every day. In fact, my company employees have been living here for 10 years one after another. I hope it will become better and better and hope to make more friends here."

I like it because I always notice that they work to further improve the environment of the complex for my part I recommend this place to live with family"
