"Love ! The office staff is attentive and neighbor noise is low which it what I was looking for. Application and move in process was a breeze thanks to the office staff. Amenities are nice especially the gym and complex is close to everything. Love the way the apartments are constructed like little homes. Have not had any issues living here."

"This place if I could go negative stars this place would be negative 5. My experience the first year I moved in was magical everything a person could want when renting an apartment but the second year was a full blown nightmare, the new management was abysmal to put it politely. The new manager who took over after the one who went on maternity leave is a horrific person and once again I'm being polite from walking in on her talking about me in Spanish to the maintenance man cause black people can't understand Spanish which is my first language.. go figure.. To just the absolute ridiculous time it take for maintenance to respond. Under her reign specifically Seacrest went from a luxury apartment to glorified luxury roach motel that I couldn't wait to crawl away from. My only advice is to absolute pass this place and take it off your list of choices, you'll be trying to break your lease within the first 3 months, don't say you weren't warned."

"I recently moved into these apartments and was promised a luxury living experience. I was mislead. There is a consistent AC issue, multiple maintenance problems, no recycling within the property and I am incredibly underwhelmed and frustrated at the lack of communication & care by the team. I previously lived in cheaper, less affordable housing that was better maintained and cared for than these apartments. I am hopeful these problems will be resolved, however I am disappointed in the cost for what I am getting. I would recommend looking at different complexes in the area. Edited 2 months later: The AC issue was resolved after I posted this review and sent a certified letter. The day it was fixed, my water heater broke. It seems like one issue is fixed and another occurs. I can also hear my neighbors VERY clearly, and it's not because they are loud, but because the walls & floors/ceiling are very thin."

"I have lived here for less than a month. My car was broken into week 2, and this week (week 4) it was stolen from the parking lot. There seems to be similar reviews like this, and there seems to be nothing being done about it, especially since its over the course of several months/years. The people working at the front desk and who I've contacted before were very respectful and nice, but not a single communication from the company, or a manager, or anyone, has occured since my car was reported stolen to the front desk except "we'll file an incident." The only reason i have video proof of my car being stolen is because my neighbor almost had his truck stolen/broken in to as well, and installed his own cameras on his garage. EDIT: Received my car back after a month of repairs. CAR WAS STOLEN IN LESS THAN A WEEK, AGAIN."
