"I have been leaving in Silverstream for more than a year, I can notice the difference between the other administration and this one, the new manager and the new team have been so hard to make important changes in the complex apartments. It is more clean, organized, the maintenance team attended every request quickly and efficiently. The new administration change and improve the parking lot permits and now we can go home and find place to park. Lisa is amazing, kind and respectful… always able to help and give you the best service. And the most important thing we have police service every day!"

"Next month will make one year here at Silverstream and I have to say by far the best place I ever lived. Dominique; the maintenance manager, is amazing! He’s urgent with your work orders and cares about your needs. The staff in total from Lauren; the manager, Lisa; the assistant; to Mia; the best leasing agent I’ve ever had the honor of meeting. This property has change in the most positive and loving way. You can see the love and passion this staff take with caring about the community and the residents. Thank you so much. And yes, I renewed my lease for another year!"

"This apartment absolutely SUCKS! The parking is abysmal. Their communication skills suck. They never respond to emails and they never answer the phone. You can be standing outside the leasing office looking at them through the window as you call and they won't answer. The worst part? I've had a roach infestation for 4 months that they won't do anything about. Every time they have come to spray, they use the same excuse about why they didn't do it: the key they have doesn't work which is a load of bull because they have made copies of my key more than once. So it should work. I do not recommend living here."

"This place has exceeded my expectations. From the cleanliness, to the amenities and floor-plan options. But what’s really left an impression on me is the excellent customer service from the staff! Mia and Lauren are by far the nicest most genuine leasing management team i’ve encountered. Mia took her time with me on my tour with all my questions and Lauren really made me feel confident that its the best place to live. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who wants to move!"

"So far my family’s stay has been good. Only downside has been maintenance taking a while to fix things, it took 3 months to fix a hole in my wall that had roaches coming out. Move in experience wasn’t great, the apartment was not ready on move in day in fact they were quickly cleaning it up for us the day of. Neighbors for the most part are great unless you get unlucky with load neighbors above. Overall good experience just a few changes needed all around."
