"The worse elderly community there is in Katy, very abusive, neglect elderly, is in violation of the ADA,Nicole the manager and assistant Dinora are disrespectful,make up lies that only they believe,doesn’t consider my mom which is ill, not peaceful place to bring your love one,there is a lot of break in you must watch your call at all times,and just to make it simple the office staff is a mess I can keep on going because I have much more to say but this clowns are not worth my time."
"Blessed to call the Villas of Park Grove home. Villas Of Park Grove is blessed with the best management team ever. They always have time and concern for residents. Nicole Moeller, Dinora Gonzales, Henry Griffin and Luis Velasquez are the most loving, caring professionals. Nicole Moeller is always open, honest and fair when discussing any issue. As the manager Nicole is a perfect bridge between management and the residents. Dinora Gonzales answers many calls a day with her cheerful calm knowledgeable demeanor. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been complete timely and is quality work. If is a major repair they check back the next day to make sure your are satisfied and there are no additional issues. Henry Griffin is without a doubt, the best maintenance man in Katy. Henry and Luis Velasquez make a great team and are always professional and polite."
"Maintenance stopped the leak from the air conditioner, changed the air filter and fixed the toilet handle all while we were out on Monday! It was nice to come home and it all be done!"
