Bertha and Destiny helped me through my leasing renewal process and they were both such a great help! Planning to stay here they make it feel like home!"

"This place is amazing, very good location to everywhere. There are many restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy delicious food and save time on transportation. Besides, the leasing office people are all very kind and polite. They are also very efficient. I made a work order, and the next day the problem was solved. I moved in two years ago, and I really enjoyed living here."

"I visited this property in hopes of finding a one bedroom apartment and I loved the entire experience. Everything about the community was clean and presentable. "The area is quiet and apartments are okay, but I have experienced constant problems with the leasing office during my stay here. My first couple of months here a maintenance person came to work on the fire alarms, and left the key to my apartment in the door while I was gone all day working. Anyone could of came in and stole anything. I was told when I got a garage that I could switch to a closer one as they became available, this week they went back on their word on that due to a "policy change", I literally have to walk past an unused garage in front of my building to the one I'm forced to use. Last night, I went to get my package out of the parcel and they moved it to another storage container, didn't notify me or give me the new pin. Luckily, I was able to catch the leasing manager on her way out the door so she can get it for me. I received important packages and equipment for work and this is just another headache I have to deal with. The leasing office ignores calls and texts, and the property manager will never get back to you on anything. They will never be late to charge you any kind of fee though. Just avoid the frustration this place will give you. Edit 11/4/23: just tried to get another package from the parcel, and got a message that it was moved by the admin(see screenshot). I don't understand why they keep moving my packages around, I guarantee they charge me a free if I don't get it out on time. Spoke to the property manager and apparently I have to contact parcel pending even though they were the ones moving my packages."

"We moved in June 2021. The apartment was dirty and not ready. They also did not give me the keys until after 4PM. The apartment was full of nats, and was extremely dirty. I had to sit outside with my brand new furniture(was delivered the day we moved in) for 4 hours in the summer heat because they would not let me in the apartment since it was not ready. The apartment has very old appliance and the air conditioner runs non stop. The bill is very expensive and it never gets cooler than 75. Fast forward to this month, we are experiencing a lot of MOLD problems. The maintenance man said that this mold can’t make us sick and it’s just from condensation. My kids have been sick non stop having the same symptoms from mold exposure. We asked to break our lease and move out. We were told it would be over $2,000 and we had to stay here 2 more months. Well we only have 4 more months left but I do not feel safe living in an apartment full of mold. They said they would send head of maintenance out Monday to look. He came last month and said the mold won’t make us sick. They are NOT TESTING THE MOLD. They just look at it and tell us to spray bleach and we will be okay. This is a serious health problem and they need to take this seriously. No one should have to live with mold. I am going to post pictures. Please keep this in mind. We just sprayed bleach a day or two ago and cleaned it up. This mold growth is from a day or two worth of growth We also keep getting emails saying criminal activities are happening. I called and asked what activities. They said they couldn’t tell me exactly what was happening. For the price of these apartments with mold and criminal activity I do NOT recommend these apartments. The pool is always green and it was closed for half the summer."
