"I was in line behind another guest and there was literally three people in store at the time. When customer in front of me asked the employee to cut material a certain way she lost it on this customer and raised her voice and stated we only do it when there isn't a line , remind you there was only her myself and one other person In the whole store. Then employee stated it's so busy its like black Friday??? What??? I felt so horribly embarrassed for the customer in front of me. Their customer service needs some serious work"

"Good atmosphere; very clean and the working staff is both friendly and polite. The store can sometimes be swamped with customers while only two employees are usually on schedule, so waiting times at the counters vary day-to-day, which is understandable, so it's not for those who consider themselves impatient. Generally a nice place to shop at, especially if one lacks the time to travel to Davenport and/or Iowa City for an item that can be found in the Muscatine store. All in all, I would gladly shop here again."

"I am so thankful to have this store in our town. I'm not a sewer, but I am a knitter, crocheter, and cross stitcher. For cross stitch, it has all the basics and has a full stock of the skein colors, but not much option as far Aida cloth goes. When I'm in a pinch, it's wonderful to have a store with a little bit of yarn selection, but if you are looking for natural fibers there is almost no selection (they've got some cotton yarns, but not much more than 20-30% wool in the brands advertising as "wool".) There is also a plentiful selection of needles and hooks. Any time I'm there the staff is pleasant and helpful!"
