"This place was so nice when I initially moved in . Management changed and things just aren’t the same . Lately the tenants let their dog poop in the stair well and hall ways and just leave it there. They stole the dumbbells out the gym and management has still done nothing about both issues. There’s ants all in the walls. The integrity of this place is just deteriorating. I messaged management at the email they provided and no one replied!!!! I called the leasing office to have someone clean the poop from what they left there Sunday . No proof if they cleaned it or not. I leave for work the next day n there’s more pee n poop left there !!! It’s so disgusting. I am ready to move out"

"After a year of living here, I wouldn't recommend wasting my time with this place. There's not enough parking for residents. Good luck finding a place late night; they'll tow you for parking in visitor spaces even if they're the absolute last place to park. They put the visitor spots around the front of the buildings, the money-grabbing paid parking (an add on to an already expensive rent that no one pays for so they're just taunting you, empty) on the other side and force the paying residents to find spot either along the 10 spaces next to the buildings or way in the back. I had to check up on them a week after my application was sent because I found out they lost it. They took over a month to respond to our work order to replace the lights in the ceiling fan, and had to wait another week on top of that because they ended up using the lights on another unit. A month to replace the water filter in the fridge and there's a silverfish infestation in the bathrooms that they have done nothing about. They took out part of the ceiling in the bathroom because they thought the leak was in our bathroom, but they took 2 months to send someone out and fix it, and it's not even painted. You're charged an additional $50 fee just to pay online. The only upside to living here is the entertainment; the walls are so thin you get the luxury of choosing to tune into the drama from upstairs OR downstairs. Sometimes, if we're lucky, there's even the soothing sounds of a fight night in the hallways so everyone in the building has something to fall asleep to."
