"Very unprofessional, when they had income based apartments available, they never answered the phones now that they just have market rate they pick up on 1st ring. You people should be ashamed of yourself you should want seniors to have a place to stay regardless, your time is coming and God will judge what manner of behavior you have, you have parents and they’re going to receive the same treatment you’ve given to others"

"Very nice community. Elevators and a beautiful pool. The staff is friendly and attentive as well. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that every time I visit, there are dogs off leash! That is a liability."

"Edit to my edit: Things are much better. Grounds are kept. Responding to request promptly. MUCH HAPPIER! ENJOY LIVING HERE! I live here. Very nice! Edit: This complex leaves a lot to be desired for a senior property. The sidewalks are always wet which are dangerously slippery. There is only one laundry area and it is not conveniently located. Yes we have hook ups but not everyone can afford washers and dryers. The grounds are not kept clean. I requested a new air filter and it took 3 months to get it. The biggest complaint is the trash rooms. They are overflowing because for some reason they can't seem to manage getting the dumpsters emptied . So instead of doing their jobs they have decided to lock us out of the trash chutes two days a week. I'm sorry but I pay rent and expect to have this area available to me.. They have one trash room for two buildings each having four floors. If I could give a 0 at this point I would. Edit 6/25: going on 3 weeks with elevator down. Will not answer email with update. No work being done.. Will not respond to emails."
