"The reviews are FAKE don’t be fooled. They literally give prizes for residents to leave “good reviews”. Roaches are everywhere. Dog poop all over the grass. Dumpsters are always overflowing and there are stray cats every where! 'Management' is condescending and so full of herself. She speaks to you like TRASH and looks down on the residents. She's merely there for a pay check. Save yourself. Add a couple hundred to your budget and move across the street."
"Loved these apartments after my first tour. These apartments are super cute and have a lot to offer. My The location is great. Close to Kroger, banks, and food places. Definitely recommend!"

"Great location and close to the main freeways and outlet malls! The apartments have everything you need and maintenance request works fast and solve any situation with the unit. My only suggestion is to update the gym, there is not too much to do there because machines are not working or has trash everywhere."
"Nice place to live. In Cinco Ranch. Very nice environment, grocery stores ,mall, and a variety of places to eat in the area. Cost of living is kinda pricey but I understand why. Rent went up lol. Parking is a train wreck even with new system of signing in to park. Definitely would still recommend a walk thru of the place, but have your money right. I can't complain though I'm living well here."
