"I have lived in the Woodland Point Apartments for almost 3 years and I have had nothing but the best experience. Karina has been the best when it comes to helping me and she is amazing. Even if it is just something as simple as “when is the pool party” to “what days is valet trash again”, she never hesitated to answer nor does she tell me “how many times have I told you…”. It has truly been amazing living here and I am now on my 3rd lease and God willing Karina will be here for my next one. Thank you Karina for everything you do, have done and will do for me and our community."

"Woodland Point Apartments have been exactly what I needed. Great location & amenities. I have been here for a year & a half & the first face I saw & continue to love to see is Karina. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, & welcoming. No matter how busy she is, she always smiles & says hello. She is so quick to answer any questions I have. I have done customer service my whole adult life & is something I pride myself on. So when I see someone who takes customer service as serious as I do, it warms my heart.
