Villages of Magnolia Apartments

"This place used to nice and quiet but it’s noisy and you can’t get help from office. I have lived here since 2020, but it’s time to get out. If you are on 3rd floor then good luck getting sleep. I understand people moving around and making noise before 4 am and 10 pm but 3 am or 12 am? We have to go to work in the morning but how do we do that with this kind of noise in building 4? If I’m tired at work because of some inconsiderate tenant and the rules set about noise are not enforced then maybe it’s time to move."

"First let me say, the complex is beautiful with plenty of amenities. I applied for an apartment and paid $75 for the staff to do a credit and background check. Then I never heard anything back. Several days after my initial application, $150 was taken from my bank account by this company. When I inquired why, I was told that I was approved for the apartment and that was the fees. I was never contact and asked if I wanted to move forward with the process, the money was just taken suddenly from my debt card I used to pay the application fees. Then when I called and told them I was not going to take the apartment at this time, I was told the money they took cannot be refunded. Why?"

"Just have to say how professional and efficient Savannah was during our tour and was detailed about amenities of the property. The whole staff was inviting and very welcoming. She makes it difficult to choose to stay at our other choice! Thank you Savannah for your time and I feel my husband and I will be looking to live at the Villages of Magnolia, soon!"

"If the office staff did their job, this place would get 5 stars. Maintenance team is excellent. Complex is quiet. Nice dog park area. Nice pool. Back to the office staff though… first and foremost, it is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in the office via phone—calls typically route to their call center and that place is useless. My real problem with the office staff came upon move out. I simply wanted to pay my $120ish bill that I owed after moving out. I emailed Emily, the assistant property manager or whatever they coined her, MULTIPLE TIMES telling her my bill was not viewable online (even though they said it would be) and that I wanted to pay the bill. I called the office MULTIPLE TIMES. I finally got her to respond via email and she stated she would get back with me. Long story short, I had to email again and Emily never emailed me back. The bill has now hit my credit and is now in collections for absolutely no reason—thank you, Emily! Outstanding job."

"Villages of Magnolia has been an overall excellent experience for apartment living. With a family of five we have been enjoying the amenities. The staff and maintenance crew has been nothing short of professional and amicable. I would definitely give Villages of Magnolia an A+ and recommend it for families, couples and individuals alike!"
