"I have been living here since June. Today is October , this whole time I have seen only inefficiency and tardiness. I have never resident in an apartment this badly manage . Cooperate NEEDS to give them a class on good business practice ! Improvement on costumer service and time management is urgently need in this property by management . Today after I promptly paid my rent on the 1st . they added a fee . That needs to be paid right away . Due to their inefficiency was not paid on the 1st with the rent as it should be . I lived in apartments my adult life . NEVER have I seen this degree of efficiency . Maintenance order Never being completed. They act like they are doing me , a paying costumer . A favor , rather than knowing Is their job! When I tell you all the review are right . I mean it . There are not efficient and lack a great deal of costumer service . ZERO stars !"
