Seville at Clay Crossing

"Miserable experience. There is trash everywhere - every bin is flowing onto the sidewalk every week. People let their dogs run around and there's dog poop in almost every grass patch on campus. I complained twice about my neighbors and their dog which barks all night because it lives in the garage beneath my apartment. Same neighbor open the garage door just enough to let the dog roam around the neighborhood and it already came at my kids when I let them out of the car. The gym has been closed for over a month because 1 single device was defective, and they didn't want anyone using it. - Bad management. I have nails that keep popping up in my stairs of my apartment = cheap construction. There is not enough parking. Only a few non paid parking spaces in the whole complex. Most parking is $45 / month. At night this place is LOUD with freeway noise and people racing engines through the parking lot. They want to charge me the full contract penalty to break my lease because I don't want to live in this mis-run place any more. I've already filed a complaint against them with the State of Texas. Avoid this place."

"I’ve lived here for two year now and even though I’ve had some inconveniences the maintenance team has always been incredibly helpful so has the latest management team. I lived through 3 changes on management and this one now is great, I have not had any issues with the property amenities nor the neighbors. I love the flexibility of paying rent through Flex too and my dog is the happiest here."

"The maintenance guys are great, they work hard and are very responsive. I asked for a shelf in my kitchen cabinet to be repaired and they reorganized my pots and put them all back in! They always get the office to call and check if it’s ok to come to my unit. Really grateful for them."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. This facility deserves 0 stars based off the horrible management team. After being a tenant here for several years, I have never witnessed such awful behavior today from the individuals solely here to provide courtesy and assistance. I had a package that got jammed, and stuck in a locker system and they refused to open it in front for me to retrieve it. They stated they had checked all the lockers prior and my package was never to be found. The rude manager and her assistant accused me of calling them liars because I wanted to see the locker for myself to therefore send me on my way. Then a few minutes later after hearing the argument - the Amazon delivery man happened to be opening the lockers to add new packages and saw mine in the locker I told them. These women argued with me, and completely betrayed the trust I had entitled in the management team here."
