"These apartments are roach infested no matter how clean you keep your home roaches will come. I have a relative who stay in these apartments and I’ve stayed in them thinking maybe it was just my building but it’s the entire complex ! They do no check the appliances to see if they need to be replaced it’s just horrible !"

"I’m move to this apartments since 2021 and I’m just move I have problems with the AC and they fixed but I’m renewed the contract again and I start problem’s again with the AC and I’m make to many orders to fixed the Ac on the summer because the temperatures it’s extremely hot this summer and never fixed the Ac now I’m continue have the same problem my bills and apartment 2 bedroom it’s was more than 350 a month and I call to come and put treatment for roaches every week and never come I’m move on the end this year honestly I was thinking to stay after all this issues I’m refusing to renew my contract ."
"Moved into this apartment in 2021. Been fighting with Mgmt. to get rid of a roach infestation. Mgr promised me that my apartment would be treated every week until they were gone. That lasted one week. The apartment is poorly insulated causing extreme heat conditions during the summer months. Apartment gets up to 85°+. Mgr's solution was to move us into another apartment with the same problems & raise our rent. No thank you."
