"PLEASE DO NOT RENT If you can. 1) There is no management whatsoever. No matter when you call or how many times you call, you will not get in touch with them. 2) house are defective. Heating doesn't go master bedroom. During cold weather, you have to live on portable heater. 3) Make sure anything they say they give in writing. During leasing they lied that I will get my application fee and administration fee back, but later they declined and as it was not in writing I had nothing to say. So make sure everything is written. 4) They will charge you late fee for their incompetency for not having right amount of rent and you can fix it since they almost never pick up the phone."
