"Very clean and well taken care of apartment, I have been living here for 4 months already, the move in process was easy and the staff are very friendly. The prices are very competitive compared to the size of the apartments and the area it's located in. Maintenance responds to the issues very quick and fix them. The parking lot never full at all you always have somewhere to park even very late at nights. It's very safe community no problems or loud music, staff and the residents are very friendly. I definitely recommend it for everyone. Also I saw a some reviews about pest issues before I moved in to the apartment when I was looking around for an apartment but don't let them fool you, I really think it's every apartment's or house issue in the US if you don't take care of cleaning and it's really up to you how clean you want your home to be. I think this apartment is cleaner than my previous apartments I lived in before and it feels very new compared to the year of build .. as long as you take care of cleaning you shouldn't have any problems!"

"The place is owned by a family, a very nice family. But they do not want to do any updates to the property. It is severely outdated , the property is overrun with feral cats, the smell of death everywhere, it’s overwhelming and kittens and cats die everyday. The landscaping is nonexistent, broken shrubs, no grass, broken trees, algae and mold. The trash is overflowing, there are only 6 dumpsters towards the back of the property they don’t get dumped on the weekends. The mailroom is locked at 5:30 pm everyday and is opened only when the office is open and locked on Sundays , it’s a hassle to get your mail. Parking is a problem, good luck finding a place to park. Roaches and more roaches even when you treat they are still everywhere! Don’t live in the front you hear all of FRY RD!! Homeless people sleep behind the property at the bayou, don’t go back there at night. Poop everywhere!! Did I mention cats everywhere… everyone in the office is related and the manager is argumentative. Usually they live on property and I asked one of the people that work there and they told the manager , and I got “called” to the office and was reprimanded for asking. I lived at this complex for 7 years , maybe 6. I just moved out , and I love my new place so much."

"Great place to live. I haven’t had any issues since I moved in. Office personnel is very professional and takes care of our needs. Made it very easy to get approved and moved in quickly. I had issues at the beginning with minor roach problems, but I was able to get it taken care of completely in about two weeks. I see others complaining about the same issues, but I feel like if you are well kept up and clean up your home as you should, there shouldn’t be any problems with pest. It’s apartments that problem will exist anywhere, but there is also ways to treat your home and make sure they don’t live inside permanently unless you allow it. Great area where the apartments are located. All stores near by and most important food places. I love it here and the pricing is very decent."
