"Please people don't rent apartment because they raised thief and robber. They send thief to my apartment robber me and took any my thing and a lot of money in my apartment. One day i was coming from work i saw this boy age of 13 run from the order side jumped the defence inside and drop a gun. In this apartment is not a good place to raise kids. And also they a lot don't think your home insurance protect you. It protects the apartment only. After, I was robber I have to moved out. And cleaned all the apartment and they charge me $686. They Lied that the apartment cleaning. I have all the pictures bad apartment. And I was paying rent insurance and they took me that the rent insurance is for their apartment. I have the pictures"
"My experience has been great from the very beginning. The manager (Keana) is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful and made the move smooth and easy. I absolutely love the apartment. The layout is perfect, the apartment is huge and the attached garage and included washer and dryer is a major plus. I definitely recommend this property."
"It's a small nice community. Facilities are comfortable both inside and outside. They're old apartments but in great conditions. Lease is really economic we have all the services. There are no carpets on the floor. Just 2 spaces for cars in the garage (one in and other out)"
"My roommates and I have been living here for the past 10 months or so, and we have a few more to go. I can honestly say I love our place! Maintenance is on top of things, even coming to our rescue and prioritizing us on a Saturday when our refrigerator went out. It's hard to find an affordable place to live in Houston that's also comfortable, but this was just what we were looking for!"
