"I lived her fir 1.5 years. Was on the waiting list for 2.5 years. I am grateful but the manager Jane is an arrogant vile woman. But great news, she is no longer here. The new lady seems okay though I tried to pay my rent and they would not accept it as they are not taking any checks until the first. Today is the 31st. I have to put it in the drop box after 5 or give it to them tomorrow. How ridiculous! Not looking like she’s going to be any less difficult than Jane. UPDATE. Jane is gone thankfully. The new manager is great. She is a follow the rules person but that’s a good thing in my opinion. The place is running so much better than before. I highly recommend the place."

"I visited one of my friends at this facility during the holidays. My friend loves her place. The new manager Billie is amazing, very professional and respectful to the tenants and visitors. She is doing a tremendous job. I feel my friends happiness and safety hangs on her management."

"All I can say is that the property manager Billie was very professional and very helpful in explaining the application and everything that I needed to apply. Carmen, her assistant manager was equally as helpful in giving me a tour of the apt and property. All precautions were taken due to Covid-19. I thank them both for their time and understanding."

"The manager is rude and has no customer service. My daughter and I sat there for an hour waiting to speak to her but she was too busy “running reports”. I have never been to a leading office where paperwork is more important than people. Since she wouldn’t see us, I spoke with her assistance who seems very lost. Poor girl, I don’t blame her. If the manager is too busy to talk to customers, she’s probably too busy to train the staff. I applied a year ago and got on the waiting list. In February I was number 14, last week, I was 28 and yesterday I was 51. How does that even make sense? I was very excited of moving into this property, it us beautiful. But as of yesterday, I am thankful it didn’t work out.. I wouldn’t want to live in a place where I am ignored."

"I am writing this review on behalf of a senior citizen who lived there. I usually take reviews with a grain of salt. The apartments are cute and if the complex was managed appropriately, seniors would feel safe. However, the apartment management does not seem to care about its residents in that they now allow ALL AGES (this is NOT a 55 and over community as billed!) to live there. One of the reviews indicated that the maintenance people enter the apartments without noticing the tenant. This is completely true. I actually witnessed the management being rude to tenants. Elderly tenants! There are bugs (roaches!), many police calls, a couple of drug busts, and dangerous odors lurking throughout the building. Our senior citizens deserve to live in safe and caring environment. This property does not provide either. As one who is on her way to becoming a senior citizen, I am horrified at what may be available to me when I am in need - I am praying there are much better places available with quality human beings running the place. CrimeReports™ Indicates 11 incidents in this area Mar 11, 2019 - Mar 25, 2019 (That is just in a two week period!) If you want to be in a 55 and over community and feel safe, don't move there."
