Harvest Moon Apartments

"At first we were hesitant to get this apartment because the reviews say management can't be contacted but I see her all the time in the office and she always replies to my texts. She's very nice and accomodating. She let me used one of the apartments W/D because ours hadn't come yet. Thank you Ms. Cynthia! If you are looking for a nice apartment, try Harvest Moon! I fell in love with the interior design. I feel like we are living in a hotel because of the nice luxury cabinets, the high ceilings, the modern island and the glass backdoor. I wish though there's a little fence in the back of the 1st floor patios like the upper levels. There's also a pool here that's perfect to get to know neighbors and enjoy the afternoon. The pool is our favorite feature it's the perfect size and I've seen it dirty only once when they were changing the cleaning chemicals. I wouldn't say this apartment is perfect because there's always a room for improvement but we highly recommend it!"

"They make up rules and try to fine you for not adhering to them that are not listed in the leasing agreement, not sure if that's legal or not. For example, they charge you $25/month for Valet Trash service, it's not optional, then a few weeks ago since it inconvenienced the manager, she came up with rules saying no trash in the valet trash bins before 7PM on weekdays and not on weekends because she would have to pick it up, and if we put trash in it before 7PM or on weekends it's a $50 fine. Manager texts us with threats throughout the week like we're her employees, losing sight of the fact that we're actually customers. Amenities are horrible, or non-existent, pick one. I will say the Maintenance guy is pretty cool, always very personable and prompt when we need something. If I was staying in Sealy beyond this year I would definitely not renew the lease and I wouldn't advise anyone to sign a lease here. Way overpriced for what you get. No amenities, overbearing manager, nice maintenance guy. Maintenance guy gets the 1 star since I had to give it one."

"Simply put the worst. The Walls are paper thin you can here everything going on outside and in your neighbors apartment there is no privacy at all. They don't fix thing right away. It cost way to much to be so miserable living here."

"Love it so far, good, modern city feel without having to be in the city. New building, staff is friendly, everything is clean, great views on the higher floors, nice amenities."

"Not somewhere any would want to live they don't fix anything. We have been here 3 months still don't have lights in our selling fans they keep saying its on order . It's going on 3 days and the whole 4th floor has no heat they keep saying there on the wat my whole family is sick but thay keep lying to us no one is coming . These are not good people to rent from. They also charged us 200 dollars for our first month water bill and haven't provided a water bill there is so much more .I think I'll just have to take them to court"
