"Do not move here! They have horrible customer service. Garage always has problems. I called about this unknown fee they added to my account, nobody answered or let me know what the extra fee was for. There was a domestic violence incident against a young lady next door, instead of trying to help her, management decided to kick her out the same day she was abused. Just horrible people and only care about money"

"This place is disgusting. You will find roaches during your stay here. Kitchen sink is always leaking. This whole place is leaky, they will shut off the water for hours due to the leaks. There’s nothing luxury about this place, old outdated appliances with rust on them. Rust and mold in small crevices in the bathroom and sinks. The main doors ( balcony and front doors) don’t stay closed unless locked. There’s been time where I accidentally left the balcony door unlocked, came home to the door wide open. The dryer takes two takes to dry towels and clothes. Their barley grass around the 9 building definitely a hassle when walking your dog. I hate it here I will never let my boyfriend choose an apartment for our family ever again ;). Do not move here, definitely not worth the money. Your better off downsizing in square footage then to live here."

"Stay Away!!! this place just sucks!!!! roaches are everywhere,the worst maintenance i ever seen in my life,staff are rude all the time,and maintenace will never replace something whit new parts,they will charge you $25 for valet trash and the trash will stay outthere for days before they pick it up,very disgusting situation,a very hard times and struggle everytime here at this place,stay far away this place are expensive and not worth it!"

"I have been living here for a little over 2 months now and i feel like I'm ready to share my experience. Maintenance is quick at responding. Only had 2 sightings of roaches. They are very lenient on the rules People are using their garages as storage which limits parking they’re supposed to be doing random checks in garage is to ensure this isn’t happening but I don’t believe they are. During the process of touring the property you were told you can’t have a grill but people have them outside the door or on there balcony no problem. People are parking in the fire lanes in front of there doors. If they could get that straightened out I wouldn’t have any complaints"

"I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment complex around the time of April 1st through April 4th. I was there to watch a young lady for her foster mother. The grounds were very nice. It was a pet friendly complex. They had gates all around the entire property. The tenants were nice the ones I was able to see. The houses in the nearby community was also nice. The parking was a little bit tricky and hit or miss. It was first come first serve if you didn't pay for reserved. Overall, it was quiet and peaceful during my entire stay. I liked the amenities that you can go to the little park nearby and they had a waterfall where the park was located. Which was nice as well. Making it very convenient they had a lot of eating restaurants nearby. They had a new water park that they just built. Katy Mills Mall is located nearby and they also had a Walmart across the street. It was very convenient for the residents nearby. I feel it will be a nice place to stay."
